white screen

I get the "white screen of death" each time I try to open my Comcast email. This started yesterday afternoon. I have tried emptying caches, different browsers and also on my PC.  Same result on the PC.  My daughter has a Comcast email account and was able to open hers on my laptop.  Why is this problem only affecting my account. Obviously is not my hardware or software is she can access her email.  Help Please!!!  I have some important stuff I need to read and send.
