After clicking the 'do not allow duplicate downloads I cannot download any pictures, how do I reverse this action?

Thanks for reaching out to us, To download pictures from Xfinity emails, ensure your email settings allow remote images and that your browser is configured to display them. You may need to adjust settings within Xfinity webmail or your email client (like Outlook) to ensure images are displayed and downloaded properly.

Steps to ensure images are downloaded:

  1. 1. Check Xfinity Connect Webmail Settings:
    • Go to Xfinity Connect webmail.
    • Click the gear icon and then select Email Settings.
    • In the left pane, under Security, and then under Mail, ensure both items have a check mark.
    • Sign out of email, close your browser, and then restart and sign back in.
  1. 2. Adjust Browser Settings (if applicable):
    • If using a browser, navigate to the site settings for Xfinity.com or connect.xfinity.com.
    • Ensure that JavaScript, Flash, Images, Pop-ups & Redirects, and Insecure Content are set to allow.
    • If you are using Chrome and having issues with images from HTTP links, you may need to allow insecure content specifically.
  1. 3. Check Email Client Settings (if applicable):
    • If you're using an email client like Outlook, go to File > Options > Trust Center.
    • Click Trust Center Settings, and then clear the "Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items" check box,
