[Edited: "Personal Information"] is shut down and so is yahoo. How am I going to get my email?

Have you migrated your comcast.net email to Yahoo! Mail?  If so you'll go to https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com and log in with your comcast.net credentials.
