https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite <-----try here. If that doesn't work, post back here.

https://mail.yahoo.com or https://login.yahoo.com <----- try here if you have migrated to Yahoo; use your comcast.net credentials.

If you are a new customer you won't have a comcast.net email address, only an XfinityID.
