When will I be allowed to update my xfinity email to yahoo
The migration to Yahoo! Mail is ongoing and there is no way to determine when your turn will come. When you sign in to webmail you will eventually get the invitation where you will have to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. At that point you will be migrating to Yahoo! Mail. Be patient.
Are you talking about your @comcast.net email at connect.xfinity.com or your @comcast.net email at yahoo.com?

Be patient. This is a "slowed" process, not going as fast as it did originally. You will get that email invite. Make sure you are checking your email on the website.

user_9u6ys5 Hello, and thank you for reaching out through the Xfinity Community Forums! I understand wanting to make sure you don’t miss the transition to Yahoo Mail. The transition is happening in stages, so not everyone will receive the invitation at the same time. While I’m not able to proactively send the invitation, I’d be happy to review your account to see if it has already been sent and resend it if needed. To keep your personal information private, please send me a direct message with your name, service address, and email address, and we’ll take it from there.
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
For an example of how to send us a Direct Message, check out this link.

Be careful what you wish for! I have a friend whose Verizon email migrated to Yahoo, and now it's INFESTED with ads! I plan to use Outlook after the migration and avoid Yahoo like the plague.
