When I send to Comcast addresses from my Gmail it does not arrive, including my own Comcast email to which I sent a test. Please hellp.

When I use my Gmail account to send mail to Comcast addressees, including my own, they are not received.  It seems to work fine with other addresses (hotmail, for instance).  And when I send from Comcast to Gmail, or Comcast to Comcast, it does work.  It is only outgoing mail from Gmail to Comcast that fails.  What to do?  This is a home computer with Xfinity wifi.

Occasionally something like this has happened in the past and it has mysteriously "healed".  Not sure why.

same issue here email from Gmail addresses are not coming through ( they seem to be blocked) Other email is coming through just fine

@user_2e3509  Incoming mail seems to be fine.  Just outgoing from Gmail to Comcast.  Trying to figure out the best number to call at Comcast.  I have no idea how to report a problem at Google.

I am having the same issue. I cannot receive any gmail emails to my comcast mail. Neither can my wife on her comcast. I can send from comcast to gmail, but not receiving. Got to be something up with comcast.

This just started today for me.  Sometimes these things just heal, but I've sent out a bunch of test messages to friends.  I also just cleared some malware from my computer, which has not helped so far.  I may call Comcast if this does not resolve in a couple of days.  How long have you had the problem?

I experienced the same issue today with email from someone with whom I communicate regularly.  Comcast said there was no problem, but I have tried sending email to myself from a Gmail account I have, and it's not reaching me at my Comcast account either.

have any of these issues been resolved? I am not experiencing the same thing (not receiving emails from gmail users while other users are fine). How was it resolved?

I have received two belated emails from gmail accounts.  Hopefully that means the issue has been fixed.

Same problem here. 

Comcast to Gmail works fine, Gmail to Comcast does not. No error message, no bounce return, email just never gets delivered.

Add me to the list too!  Same issue of no gmail coming into comcast.  Tech support on the phone couldn't fix it either.  They were able to send me a test email, but as I told them email won't come in from gmail.  They said well if you got our email . . . it works!  Unreal huh?  Been this way all night.  I'm just north of San Francisco.  Guess, I'll just wait to see if it clears up by tomorrow.  I'm glad it's not just me LOL!

Ditto.  Problem started at noonish MT Nov 30th.  Please get this fixed Xfinity.  I tried to get someone from tech support to help and was a worthless exercise.

@SuzeyFromCO I called support after having to google the phone # cause they will not list it on their support page and got a huge runaround.  However, after talking on the phone for 45 or more minutes and eventually having to provide the last 4 of my SSN to verify I was able to get a support ticket created and escalated they said they will inform me within 24 - 48 hours.

Ditto, on my experience with tech support.  I couldn't reach an actual person with my follow up call, and attempts to use tech support via text were fruitless.  Good to know I'm not alone.  I have gotten two of the delayed emails this morning.  Hopefully that means the issue has been fixed.

I commented above and mine just now got FIXED!   Suddenly, all the test emails from gmail came rushing in to comcast, so whatever it was . . . they fixed it (at least for me).

Same here. As of this morning, it is working. So I guess Comcast got it fixed.
