To get started, could you let me know if you're trying to access your email using a specific email client (like Outlook or Apple Mail) or directly through the Xfinity.com website?
If the problem is you can't find an email link on a Comcast/Xfinity page, use https://connect.xfinity.com/. If you are logged in, that link will load their web email page directly. If you are not logged in, you'll be prompted to do so, and then you'll be taken to the email page.
You can save yourself some aggravation by adding a bookmark or favorite to that link and using it to reach the web email page.
If that's not your problem, what is? Describing problems in an much detail as possible (without including any personal information!) improves the odds of getting a prompt and helpful answer.
