what happen to emails?

what happen to emails? I can not send or receive on my computer or on my phone. My wife can not get her emails on her laptop. Also I send my self a email to my comcast from my gmail. I go to comcast website to check mail and it's not there either. So I know its something on Comcast end.

comcast email does not work on web browser, tried or windows 10 email and tried outlook. I have tried on 3 computers. so then went to my phone and same thing does not work.  My wife has a comcast email and it does not work either. Something is wrong with your email system comcast!

well now I'm getting emails again but they do not send I try to send a email to my gmail from my comcast they will not go thru. Whats going on comcast?

I can’t get any emails on my primary Comcast UID, which of course is the email I use for everything. My secondary is working fine. Haven’t received anything since Wednesday.

Mine were deleted from my Inbox on Friday 3/20. 8 calls later, still await a call back to address 2 open tickets.

Hopefully you have better luck as it is frustrating to go from a full inbox to nothing at all.
