We are on vacation in Italy we cannot receive emails on iphone or ipad. I can only sign into xfinity. Pls help.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your email while in Italy, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you can still log into Xfinity from there, you may be able to access your email on a web browser by going to https://www.xfinity.com/email. There may be security protocols preventing the server-based access necessary for Apple Mail, but the web portal should provide a temporary workaround until you can find a secure connection. You may also be able to reconnect through a US-based VPN, if you have one, but that usually requires additional setup on your device.
