Washington Post and Daily Memphian subscriptions Blocked?

I have a digital access subscription to the Washington Post which sent daily newsletters to my inbox until about 2 weeks ago when the e-mailed newsletters stopped.  My Post account and newsletter subscriptions are still active  (I have checked).  The same thing happened with my subscription to the Daily Memphian subscription. I have made to changes to any settings.  Is Comcast blocking e-mail ?

@ComcastBrie I should have mentioned in my original post that the newsletters are not being directed to my spam folder.

Thank you for checking that it isn't in the spam folder! I know how frustrating it can be to not receive emails that you look forward to. I would like to look into this in more detail, can you lease send us a private message with your name and service address as well as the email address you are using to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon at the top right of the page.

Hello, @user_bb4ae2. I hope the week is treating you well! Thank you for reaching out about your emails. If you search for the emails that are missing do you see them in a different folder such as deleted or spam?
