verizon email blocked

My cousin is constantly being blocked by comcast when she attempts to email me. She sent me the info below. She is verizon but I know it also has something to do with AOL. Thank you, Pat

I filled out the form but I won't hold my breath on receiving a response. Pretty sad its so hard to get help.
