Using multiple email accounts from one log-in

I have 7 email accounts, and I wish to retain access to all of them.

I am using the Comcast web-mail client for computer to access all my email.

When I log into email for username A, I can also interact with the email for username B and username C.

I want to replace the ability to access the email for username B with email to/from another username, call it username D.

There seems to be a limit of two additional username emails that I can access while logged in on a username.

I was able to add the two usernames B and C I can fully interact with the email for while logged into username A, but I cannot remove access to email on username B while logged in on the username A, so I can access email from username D.

It was so easy to add 2 additional emails to handle, I cannot believe it is so impossible to remove access to one email account to enable access to another.

What do I have to do to replace access to username B email with username D email, while I am logged onto username A?

Thanks.

Hello, @user_083d5a, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us via the Xfinity Forum. By chance, are you able to sign out of the 'B' email address, then sign in to the 'D' address in order to access the email that way? Also, is the issue you are coming across similar to the one outlines in this thread https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/one-login-in-webmail-for-multiple-email-addresses-associated-with-an-xfinity-account/63bd987a86efae732c85ab50?

@XfinityMarcus

Yes, I can sign in to each email account separately.

I'll have a look at the thread, thanks.

That particular thread doesn't apply to me, since I can already access 3 email accounts with one log-in. It's been so long, I can't remember when I set it up that way.

However, if I am now unable to change which emails I can access, that's an issue for me, and a huge inconvenience.

Any suggestions?

@user_083d5a, I would like to garner some more account specific information from you to take a closer look at this issue on our end. Can you send us a direct message with your full name, complete service address and the account owners full name if different from your own?

To send a direct message:
 • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
 • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
 • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thank you.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related........................ Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.
