Hello @user_2ij1ta, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. If you haven’t gotten a prepaid return label in a recent shipment, you would sign in and go to the Equipment Return page. Check the device(s) you'd like to return. Then, select Continue. When returning your device(s), check the serial number on the device to make sure that it matches your selection. Choose a reason for return. Then, select Continue. Select a return option, follow the listed steps, and press Confirm. I have also attached an article for you on how to return your Xfinity equipment.
