upload e-mails

I'd like to upload a file of e-mails to my Xfinity e-mail account. I know I can import them from another e-mail provider, but they don't exist on another provider. They exist as a folder, saved a while ago. Is it possible to do this? Most other providers allow import of an e-mail file.

Thank you for reaching out to us on our residential forums @clarkr! We have an awesome feature powered by ShuttleCloud where you can import/migrate emails and contacts to your Comcast Email account using this link.

For more information on migrating emails and contacts, we have this really helpful article.

Thanks but, like I said, I'm not importing from another e-mail provider. I want to import from a FILE. The import option link you point me to imports from another e-mail provider. Also, the "article" you point me to is a dead link.

Thank you for keeping us posted, @clarkr! You will need another Email to migrate your information to your Xfinity Email. Are you able to view the article here? Have you tried using another Email client to upload the information from your file, then migrating everything from that Email to your Xfinity Email?

Yes, I'm thinking I will start a "transfer" gmail account, upload my file to it, and then suck it into Xfinity mail using the import app.

Perfect, sounds like a plan :). Let me know if that does the trick!
