Update my personal details

I am unable to access my phone and my email has been froze because of too much space has been used.  How would I be able to update these as I need to pay my bill.

For your email you would go here:  https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite  and sign in.

You will have to delete a lot of emails if your space is full.
