unnecessary and too many security checks for password
More than two or three times during the day, when I come back to my computer to access my Xfinity email account, I am forced to go through security checks/confirmations. Why is this happening so much? Yesterday this nonsense caused me to be late for a deadline.
Each time I was directed to reset my password, once I reset a new password, it asked for a new password AGAIN!! Why is this happening?
I am the only user of this email address and I've had it for over 20 years (said the longstanding Comcast/Xfinity customer!!!) and except for traveling, I use my email primarily from my computer. Yet...I get questioned about which device I'm using the email from.
I am requesting a monthly check--one monthly security check. And if I've used my email that day, I do not expect to have to confirm two hours later!!!!!
Please help me with this problem. I'm so disappointed. I've lost a lot of time with this issue. Other websites don't give me this problem...it's crazy. Please help!!!!
