Unblock port 25

Researched the port 25 issue, and called 1-888-565-4329 as suggested by @XfinityCSAEmail , spent hours on the phone and was transferred to different department. But still nobody knows what to do. Since this is not unique situation, why cann't Xfinity setup a standard process so their customer service agents can follow? It is very frustrating for customers and their agents. Both sides spent hours for nothing.

Thanks for connecting with us here in our community, @user_7b00eb. We are sorry your experience was not the best. We also have an email you can use to contact our amazing CSA Department abuse@comcast.net. However, I would like to share an article with a little more information about Port 25 https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-port-25-no-longer-supported, so you may understand a little more about our positioning security angle. We hope it helps.
