Unblock Port 25 for Business

Hello, I run a law firm and we need to set up a confidential server (including email) for obvious reasons.  I've tried multiple times to reach out to Xfinity to confirm that port 25 can indeed be unblocked for business customers and have been told by 3 - 5 different people over 3 phone calls wasting about 3 hours on the phone that it cannot be done.  That seems ridiculous and incorrect to me.  I'm sure that the customer service agents I'm speaking to on the phone are just misinformed and reading from a script.  I am trying to swap out my residential service and replace it with business service, with 5 static IPs, port 25 unblocked, opt out of security edge and opt out of Xfinity/Comcast equipment (we have sufficient hardware).

Any help would be appreciated.

To be honest, I seriously doubt they will unblock port 25 for any reason now.  Others have tried here for various reasons and their requests have been denied.  You might try posting in our business forums.  This is for residential customers.
