Unblock email

I need Xfinity to unblock email. I am not using an email client. I am using the Xfinity site. Xfinity is currently blocking all emails from American Family Insurance as well as others. I never asked for any emails to be blocked.

I have talked to American Family and they say that Xfinity put in an update is currently causing a ton of legitimate email to be blocked.

I tried getting a hold of Customer which this site is riddled with that being an impossible task. How can get talk to someone that can unblock email?

Can Xfinity instead of blaming the customers will fix the problem? I also cannot receive emails from American Family Insurance and it creates a very serious problem for me too. By the way I can get American Family Insurance by using any other email providers except Xfinity.

Hello user_od3uzk thank you so much for taking the time and reaching out to us via our Xfinity Forums! Are you seeing any sort of delivery failure message for this email address? Are you using a third-party email server like Outlook or Thunderbird?
