Unable to use Chrome and Microsoft Edge for Xfinity email

I am unable to use Chrome and Microsoft Edge for Xfinity email.  Firefox works.  When I try using Chrome or Edge, I am able to login with my user name and password; when I hit enter, in both browsers, I receive this message: "Your browser didn't send a complete request in time."  Can anything be done about this????

Hi @user_dbb44c! I appreciate you thinking of the Xfinity Forums for help with this email issue. I'd be confused as well with seeing this happen in these browsers, so I'm happy to help! Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies from Chrome and Microsoft Edge to see if this helps?

Yes, I cleared cache and cookies on these browsers.  This issue has been going on since I purchased a new laptop in August 2022.  On my old laptop I was able to get to Xfinity email through Chrome. Thanks for looking into this.

Okay, thank you for trying that on your end. Do you have this issue only on your new laptop? Have you tried any other devices to see if you get the same error?

Only on this new laptop (a Windows laptop) .  On my Apple iPad, no problem with Safari.
