Unable to search after new email interface updates

After logging into my email and the system automatically updating my email interface, I can no longer see the search bar at all.  Also any icons that are supposed to appear following the word " Compose " are missing.  

• Try deleting your cache and cookies
• Sign out of your account.
• Close your browser.
• Start a new session.
