unable to receive mail on my phone or outlook - can't find imap server
I am unable to receive mail on my phone or in Outlook. In both cases the devices are not able to connect to the imap server. The password for all accounts are current and are in the apps and devices. I am getting an error message on my phone that Comcast is not available and on my PC that is trying to get email through Outlook it just keeps asking to input the password over and over. You have an imap problem. I need my email.
