"Unable to log in at Server" Cannot log into email with Thunderbird or iOS.

I'm attempting to migrate over to Thunderbird and I used the instructions found here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-thunderbird?

Every time I attempt to log in, i receive the following error. 

"Unable to log in at Server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password. "

Once could have been a typo but I have been receiving this error for days now with at least 3 attempts per day.

And yes.. I am using the correct password. I can still get email via https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust and I'm using the same password.

I've tried confirming the server settings with Thunderbird 78 on Win 10 and it keeps getting the same settings as found here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-thunderbird?

Manual or automatic still gives me the same server settings.

I tried using my iPhone (iOs 14.5) and followed the instructions here. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/iphone-configure-comcast-email  And this won't authenticate either. But if I use Chrome and sign into https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust it works fine.

It appears that this is a something on the Comcast side. I have no idea how to fix this. Any thoughts?

Normal password

Port 465

Normal password

SSL/TLS

Make sure, too, you didn't accidentally put a comma for a period or mistype a word.

Thank you! It was the enable/disable third party access that was the issue. I didn't even know we had this.

Once I changed that, it worked fine on both platforms.
