Unable to load comcast.net email in a browser. I am instead sent to the "/account-email-information" page

I am unable to load comcast.net email in a browser. After logging in, when attempting to view email, I am instead repeatedly sent to the page:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information. I'm getting the same results in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Tried clearing cache - no help.

@user_m8flnt Hello, thanks for posting to the community. We appreciate it, and are happy you thought of us to assist. We have the best tools, just like the Xfinity Assistant. It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. That ensures the kids come to eat, and that makes me very happy. Here is a link that I found for you to make it easy to use https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/. It is best to use the current link to sign in to your email here https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/. Use that to sign in, and check your emails successfully.
