@stewart88 We appreciate your time reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to access your email and be met with a loop. Can you clarify how you are trying to log into your email? Are you using a third party email client, Yahoo Mail, or are you trying to access the email via our webmail client?
