Unable to email externally since Laptop Upgrade

Ever since I upgraded to a new laptop (Win 10 from Win 7), I am unable to send emails externally.  I can send them to another comcast.net address, but everything else disaappears and the recipient does not receive the email.  Is the email being blocked by some filter on the comcast servers???
