Unable to connect to mail server
The email server seems to be down. I have attempted to access the web portal without success. Also attempted to access via outlook, via PC, and Mail, via iPhone, with out success. Receive error stating, "The mail server "imap.comcast.net" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account information in Mail settings. Server message "Account is temporarily unavailable."." There seems to be a revolving number of email issues that continuously being unresolved, from accounts temporarily being unavailable ... to accounts disappearing abruptly and needing to be recovered on the back end ... to Alert messages that stop access to my emails. When is Comcast going to resolve all these email issues? And when are we going to be compensated for these issues that happen daily, instead we keep getting hit with more upcharges!
