Unable to access secondary email accounts

A few businesses have contacted me via snail mail because one of my secondary email accounts no longer works. How can I get Tito work again?

My primary email is still active but if I try to send an email to my secondary email address it comes back with an error message that it is too large. How do I reinstate my secondary email address?

user_o5fg3i You will want to ensure you can log into your secondary Comcast.net email through the Xfinity email web portal. If you are unable to log into your secondary Comcast.net email, you will want to reach out to the Comcast Security Assurance Team to see if the Comcast.net email can be reactivated. They are the pros when it comes to Comcast.net email.
