Unable to access my email address [Edited] using imap.comcast.net and smtp.comcast.net.

Hi,

I have changed the password on the xfinity website which seems to be fine.  However I am unable to access it from my phone and computer.  It is telling me I have no password for comcast.net.  How do I get my imap.comcast.net and smtp.comcast.net passwords sync'd up?

This is the error that I get on my computer.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
