Unable to Access Email

Each time I select the link to access email (connect.xfinity.com.) it takes me back to the "Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts" page.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forums, user_zzjzt2! Were you able to access your email without a problem previously, and have you logged in to your email recently if so?

Yes, I have been able to access my email in the past and have logged in within the past 6-9 months.

Thanks for confirming, user_zzjzt2! Have you tried the steps to clear the cache and cookies as Again kindly shared below? Also, if you're able to check, are you having this issue on more than one device?

Clear your cookies and cache and then sign out of your account and close your browser.  Start a new session.  If that doesn't work, post back in this thread.
