Unable to access email

I haven’t been receiving any messages since Wednesday. When I try Apple mail I’m repeatedly asked for my password, and when I sign in online it says my inbox is empty. As far as I can tell my account hasn’t been deactivated. Any help would be appreciated.

As a test, sign into the account using only a browser and the webmail UI.  Then send yourself an email from some other account you have like Outlook.com, Gmail or something else.  Does it work OK that way?

Unfortunately, no. I sent myself an email from my gmail account and signed into my Xfinity email on two different browsers — both said my inbox is empty.

Check to see if your email is being forwarded somewhere.
