I don't know what webmail is. I haven't signed up for that. It once was just typed in *******@comcast.net and there was my email log in. Now just confusion.

We know this can be frustrating, but we've got your back each step of the way. Are you accessing your email directly on our website, or are you using a 3rd party application like Outlook, for example?

What are you using to check your email?
If you're using webmail you don't have to worry about settings.

I could once enter my username then password and there were my emails.....Now I go in circles and never see any emails
