Unable to Access Email for 2 Months

I have still been waiting for a resolution for me not being able to change my password for my account and have been unable to access my email for almost 2 months now. This has been in the hands of the level 3 CSA team this whole time. Every time I call, I get told it will take 24-48 hours to complete which is clearly not the case. The ticket number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I really need to access my email even if that means having the emails forwarded to a new email address. I've been a customer for almost two years but the lack of a solution to this issue is making me reconsider.
