Unable to access comcast email through Outlook Classic using windows 11, no new email messages received since 9 AM

No new email messages received since 9 AM today 4/9/2026.  Still an problem now at 5:30 PM.

Thanks, am in-process.  Deleted account and currently resyncing down from Xfinity.  It's nearly 50%, been at it for 30 hrs.

Not yet.  Looks like the only folder left to complete rebuild is the Inbox folder.  Saw someone recommended reindexing outlook.  Don't know if I should do that now or post rebuild.

bobby963 If you are comfortable reindexing, you can try that out. Our technical support abilities will be limited for this portion, so if you have any issues, you may have to contact Microsoft directly.
