Turn off preview in xfinity email

There does not appear to be any solution to turning off the preview screen in xfinity email. It now takes over half of my e-mail listing page. there is nothing under the settings that addresses this?

There does not appear to be any solution to turning off the preview screen in xfinity email. ...

To turn off preview change the View option (top-right corner) to List, which has no Preview pane. The Vertical and Horizontal List options have a preview pane. List doesn't. On a desktop or laptop you can also adjust the section sizes by "grabbing" and dragging the divider lines between the sections.
