Hello, and thank you for reaching out for help with your email settings. I can help! Are you saying you want to stop the Text Predictions from populating when composing an email, or autofill when entering the email address in the To: field?

Also, what browser are you using to compose your emails?

@user_d2e273 You will want to perform the following steps if you are using the Microsoft Outlook desktop client:

1, Select "Options" from the File menu.
2. Select the "Mail" tab, and then click the "Editor Options" button.
3.Click the "Advanced" tab, and then clear the check mark from "Show AutoComplete Suggestions."
4. Click Ok
For the Outlook web client, you would do the following to turn off text predictions:
1. At the top of the page, select Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Compose and reply.
2. Under Text predictions, clear the “Suggest words or phrases as I type” check box.

Let us know if that does the trick for you or if there is something else we can assist you with today!

Microsoft what?  Microsoft Edge.  Microsoft Outlook?

Are you accessing your email in Edge at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ?

I use Microsoft Edge and have the same issue.  I tried using the fix that you suggested above and had no luck because I'm using Edge and not Outlook. I'm even seeing autocomplete suggestions as I type this question! It's very distracting and need to know how to turn it off!

I think I finally found the solution in Microsoft Edge myself!!  In Settings - Languages - Text Predictions, you make sure Text Predictions is turned off!  Finally found it!! Hope this helps anyone else using Microsoft Edge.
