Trying to open emails in Outlook

When I click on an email link in a web browser, it always opens in XFINITY and prompts me for my username and password.  How do I change the default so it opens in Outlook?  I've already been in Default Programs in the Control Panel and choose all the defaults for Outlook and it still wants to open up my email in XFINITY.

It sounds like you have the default Mailto: set to Comcast in your Control Panel defaults.  When you changed it to Outlook, did you re-start the computer?

What browser are you using? You may need to reset the MAIL TO setting in the browser.
