Depending on how long it's been since you checked it it may have been deleted. You can check with Customer Security Assurance.

Hello user_bum8k2 , depends on how long it has been. Usually 90 days of inactivity will discontinue it on old accounts. But as our Forums Expert @Again suggested you can try contacting the Customer Security Assurance team to try and get access back.
