Trying to check Email.

So I have followed the links it provides me to look at my email. Log in- Check email- but then it takes me to the Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts webpage. I've tried getting help from support but they just told me to come here. I spent 3 hours on call just trying to change my phone number and password to my account. Would someone please help me figure out what's going on and why I cant check my email. Both live agents ( Call and Chat ) said my account was active, so I'm stumped.

Ooh thank you! Sorry for the misunderstanding. Just been very frustrated over this so the first form I was given I replied in

Camille.P Thanks for reaching out for help with your email access concern. We would be happy to help in any way we can. To confirm, is the issue with access with current username and password, or were you trying to reset them as that is the cause of the access issue?
