user_bvu11u, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I am sorry to hear you've been having trouble. First, you want to make sure you haven't exceeded the 10 GB storage by checking the email usage meter in settings.  Ensure attachments are under 10MB. Verify you are using a supported browser and that no security settings or filters are blocking emails. Clear browser cache and cookies, then retry sending or receiving emails. Let me know if this works for you.
