Hello @user_5q66j0, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you're having trouble receiving emails after changing your password. I can certainly understand how frustrating that can be, especially when everything was working properly before the password change.
When you sign in to your email directly through the Xfinity website, do you see your emails there? Also, are you using a third-party email client, such as Outlook, Apple Mail, or another email application to send and receive your messages? Thanks @EG

I have what appears to be a routing issue after my Comcast email account was transitioned to Yahoo. I expected that after the transition any email directed to my Comcast.net account would appear in my Yahoo Mailbox. That doesn't appear to be the case. I actually used the same login credentials for the Yahoo mail acct that I had been using for years with my Comcast.net acct. I can send emails out of the Yahoo acct to other Comcast.net accts without any issues, but I cant receive any emails directed to this one former Comcast.net acct. Creating a new acct is not an option, likewise for transitioning back to Comcast.net. acct. I've contacted the Yahoo Help Desk regarding the loss of emails directed at my former Comcast.net acct and these people are, in a word, useless. I know the Help Desk is basically a triage function with no real technical skill set, so I've respectfully requested a Level II or Level III type of support. The say they'll call you back when a resource is available but apparently they're never available because you never get a call back .
I believe this may just be a simple routing issue that when viewed by a more seasoned resource would be diagnosed and corrected in no time. I need to reach somebody in a technical role at Yahoo or Comcast that can assist in correcting this issue . Again, creating a new acct isn't a solution because of the number contacts tied to critical accts using the Comcast.net address.
I'm hoping someone has a support contact(s) phone number or email address that can assist in getting a solution to this problem.
