Transition to Yahoo email platform
The email(s) received were very suspicious. Weird characters in the title and no official comcast/xfinity header or footer. My husband received multiple emails, I haven't received anything about this migration. Poor communication from a communication company. Have not received an answer on when to expect the migration on each account

@user_gl9ajv I completely understand being hesitant of suspicious looking emails, I don't open ones I'm not confident about either. A great way to tell if it is a legitmate Xfinity email, it will have our logo visible before opening. The transition to Yahoo Mail is being rolled out in phases, so if you haven't received any updates, yet you may not be in a phase that is currently moving over. We do put out communications on our website and here on Xfinity Forums.
