I have been trying for two weeks to make a required change to the password on my email account. It keeps directing me to call for help. I call and I end up at the same point time and time again. I have been unable to check my email for 2 weeks now. I am able to change my primary email account password, but not my second account. This has been the most frustrating ordeal i have ever gone through. Does anyone have a way to get through to a real person?
