"This email address is already associated with an Xfinity account"
I'm trying to add an email address to my account. I keep getting the subj error message. I've never used this email before. I tried several versions, all with the same error. So I tried sending an email to one of the versions and sure enough it was rejected as undeliverable.

Server error: '550 5.1.1 Not our Customer'
So it's not a valid email that someone else is using.
What is the problem?
