Third party email accounts not sending
We have Consolidated Communications DSL and switched to Xfinity today. I use a gmail account and access through Chrome so I have no email issues. However, my wife has her firstname.lastname@example.org and her email@example.com emails set up in Outlook. When connected to our brand new Xfinity internet service, she can receive emails from both accounts in Outlook but can not send from either account in Outlook.
When we cancel DSL the mayfairpoint.net email address will go away. But the main problem is the workplace.org email address not being able to send.
I've searched for posts but everything seems to relate to the comcast email addresses.
