Third part email Apps Stopped working

Recently went through several weeks of not being able to log into the Xfinity email via desktop computer (though the website).  That finally resolved itself, however this afternoon I've lost all ability to access email via third party apps.  Both via my desktop, and via iOS apps.

Apps I've tried: edison, gmail, and apple mail on both my iPhone and iPad. None worked. 

Verified that the third party check box is checked.  Reset my password twice now.

Error I am receiving is, "your username or password was incorrect." Verified that what I'm using is correct.

I'm having the same problem as well. Outlook and Thunderbird cannot send email. I can receive emails with no problem. When I attempt to set up a brand new profile in Thunderbird, it goes to a Comcast login page but never alets mefinish the connection. Hopefully, someone can figure out what's going on here and let us get back to using our email.

Currently I can receive emails but not send them. This broke earlier today when I changed my password. Comcast CS has been unable to help me on the phone after 3 long calls. Can anyone here help???!!
