The worst experience ever
I was forced to use Yahoo for a better email experience and for 1 week I’ve tried to filter by sender, delete emails, sort……I am unable to do ANYTHING. I will be contacting the Better Business bureau and will share all over social media what a nightmare experience this is.

Make sure you're complaining about Yahoo and not Comcast because it's Yahoo's platform that's pretty sad. And, btw, Cox, Spectrum, and AT&T have all migrated to Yahoo with pretty much the same complaints. And, just so you'll know comcast.net email was never a line item on your bill so you weren't paying for it, it was just a freebie.
