The SPAM is out of hand

Why do the filters not work? Can someone from Xfinity please respond here?

riffwraith2, I know that Spam mail can be irritating. You can follow these steps to make sure your spam filters are working properly: 
  1. Open Xfinity Email and go to Email Settings.
  2. Click on Advanced Settings.
  3. Enable the option to automatically move spam to the Spam folder.
  4. To empty spam and trash folders, use the provided options.
  5. Utilize the Email Safe List feature to receive emails only from specified addresses.
  6. For setting up email filters, sign in to Xfinity Email, go to Email Settings, select Filter Rules, and add a new rule with conditions and actions.

Could I confirm on average how many of these spam messages are coming through in a day? Thank you again for getting us in the loop to help.

Close to 100. Weird thing is that most of them are duplicates.
