The last 13 months of my inbox disappeared

On 6/29 /20, when checking my inbox I saw all of my inbox emails were in my trash . I tried to put them back and all inbox emails from 6/12/2019 Through 6/29/20 disappeared.. Comcast tried restore 3 times but could only restore emails prior to June 12, 2019. Comcast says they cannot find the last 13 months of inbox emails. Don’t they keep these on a server for 15 days? Can anyone help? Comcast says they cannot help.

when an email restore is run, it will recover anything that is recoverable on the Comcast.net server up to 30 days. If a recovery was run and you still dont see the emails you are looking for, unfortunately we would be unable to recover them. To note, there is an email application accessing your emails called "iPhone Mail" that is continously deleting your emails. You may want to either change your password or check the settings within that email application. You can also check the trash within it for the missing emails.

@regmac you have a device configured in POP3 that is directly removing emails from our email servers. Those are not recoverable by Comcast. You will also want to check any devices you use to access your emails.
