The Easement must be fixed or remover from my property ASAP

The ComCast easement is in my property at [Edited: "Personal Information"] and It's totally destroyed, the wires are exposed and interfiering in the way in and out of my house, I  demand please get it fixed or remove it from my property ASAP...
